Care Instructions:

• Wash in warm soapy water immediately after each use and dry thoroughly.

• Do not use as a cutting board. Slate will dull your knife and has the potential to split and crack with applied pressure.

• Slate is a natural stone, so some acids and alkaline cleaners may etch its surface. Your slate arrives to you pre-sealed with a food safe stone sealer.
